B4UW Prince Edward County 2025 Ride

Pedal your way through quaint villages, each with its own unique charm and character. As a cyclist you will be treated to beautiful bucolic scenery.  The county has less traffic, wide shoulders, cycling-friendly businesses. If you’ve ridden here before, you know you’ll love it.  If you’re new to the County you’re in for a treat!

Dates:

Sept 20 and 21, starting at 9:00 and finishing at 3 pm each day.

Prince Edward County is approx. 2 hrs and 45 mins from Toronto, and a little over 3 hrs from Ottawa.

Routes:

Attached are a couple of proposed route maps for the PEC ride with long (~115 km), medium (~90km) and short (~75 km) options.

Accommodations:

Day one ride starting location will be close to Sandbanks Provincial Park, so we recommend looking for something relatively close to Sandbanks Provincial Park.

Day two will start just over the Bay Bridge in Belleville. This is convenient for navigating to Hwy 401 at the end of the ride.
